The hotel is located closely to the Piazza di Spagna which makes it easy to reach and well-located. The staff is very friendly, helpful and welcoming. The breakfast was very tasty and had a good selection, also products for people with allergies or intolerances.

We stayed at this amazing hotel 20 years ago for our honeymoon, and our 20 year reunion to the property did not disappoint! Friendly and helpful staff, decent sized room with a very comfortable bed, quiet and well-working A/C. The hotel is just steps from the Spanish Steps and Metro train system, yet is quiet as it is tucked away on a side street. The breakfast in the morning was fantastic as well. I highly recommend this hotel for your stay in Roma!

Great, instant and helpful communication. The staff was very welcoming and inviting, flexible and accommodating upon check-in and check-out. Perfect location in heart of Rome, and on top of that very peaceful, delicious breakfast with high level restaurant service and comfortable bed.

The entire setting of the hotel was clean, quiet and posh. Although the location is center of the city, it was located in the quiet part of the city. The staff were friendly and awesome. The rooms were clean and renovated. Overall a great hotel to stay in.

The staff was so friendly, specially Francesca and this gentleman at breakfast (cant remember his name). We arrived very early in the morning before our check in and they let us have breakfast even though it was not included that day. It was my boyfriend's birthday and they offered us a dessert with a little candle on it and put a Happy Birthday sign in the room. Breakfast was one of the best I ever had in Europe. Thank you so much for everything!

Location was the best. Very central and convient for walking to all main attraction. In between Piazza di Spagna (spanish steps) and Piazza del Popolo, next to the famous shopping street, with a lot of beautiful art galeries and good restaurants. Staff was very friendly, breakfast was also good. Rooms are rather small but very clean and everything smells very nice.

The location of the hotel was great. There were many choices for breakfast and the coffee was excellent. The staff were friendly and helpful. Simone at the bar was wonderful and made a mean Amaretto Sour. We left early for the airport and missed breakfast on our last day but the hotel arranged a breakfast pack which was a lovely touch.

The breakfast was wonderful and the location superb! In 2 minutes you could be in the middle of everything and then coming back to the hotel was peaceful, calming and quiet. It's the best Roman location. We will definitely be staying again when we return to Rome.

The staff were very nice and helpful. We loved the variety of the breakfast offering. The location is quite ideal, being only a few minutes away from the Spanish Steps and all the high-end stores.
